Aquinas and the Arabs International Working Group
13th ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE STUDENT CONFERENCE
March 13-14, 2025

Annually the AAIWG sponsors a Graduate Student Online International Conference in March.
Graduate students are invited to contribute papers on the following topics and their intersections:
- Thomas Aquinas
- Medieval philosophy
- Jewish philosophy
- Islamic philosophy
- Christian philosophy
- Late Ancient philosophy
To be considered as a presenter, please provide a 250 word abstract and current CV no later than FRIDAY FEBRUARY 14th, 2025.
If your abstract is accepted, please submit your final paper no later than SATURDAY MARCH 9th, 2025.
Format of the conference:
- Conference to be held online via Microsoft Teams (link and schedule will both be shared in advance)
- NOTE WELL: All presentation times will be in US Central Daylight Time (UTC – 5)
- Papers will be circulated to all attendees and are expected to be read by all attendees before the start of the conference
- Presenters will provide a 10 minute summary of key points in their paper, then field questions and comments from the audience for 35 minutes
