While the Philosophers’ Index has value and the International Philosophical Bibliography has very much more value, in the field of the study of Arabic / Islamic Philosophy the most valuable bibliographical tools are (i) Prof. Th.-A. Druart’s Brief Bibliographical Guides in Medieval Islamic Philosophy and Theology link and, for philosophy and more general cultural and religious materials, the Index Islamicus (available via the Marquette Raynor Library).

Also of very considerable value not just for bibliography but also for high quality accounts of philosophy in this field is the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy link.

There are more bibliographies such as those by Hans Daiber generally and that of Jules Janssens on Avicenna. But for these I advise you to consult with me for some guidance.
